Firm breasts in 3 easy steps

Hey pretty ladies, today we should talk about how to maintain your breasts nice and firm with less effort and no surgery. There are three steps to be followed at least three days a week.

Step 1. A simple exercise . Gather your palms in front of your chest and press them one against each other with all your force for 20 seconds. Release for 10 seconds then repeat 10 times. You can do this at any time of the day .

Step 2.  Alternate shower. Alternate cold and warm water when you shower or take some ice cubes with you in the shower. Rub the ice cubes in circular motion all over your chest then warm up with warm water. Repeat 10 times.

Step 3. A little bit of massage. It would be best to use a lotion with vitamin E and collagen , when applied to be massaged into skin with circular motions . A 5 minute massage would be best but many of us don’t have that time.

If you can follow these steps three days a week you should see results starting with the first month. Making a custom out of it would be amazing but I do too  procrastinate so I understand if this will happen when you remember about it. ;))

As I already accomplished the first two rules I will jump to the seven facts about me. 

1. Although I graduated Law School and Psychology I have worked in a library, a radio station and a bearing company where I was extremely excited to learn new and interesting things and also to travel a lot.

2. I am Romanian but as I was lucky enough to meet my soul mate who is American I gave up everything I had in Romania and moved to US  to start a new and happy life.

3. I love to dance! I mean, I really, really love to dance! Like an obsession. ;))

4. I have 2 dogs and a cat.

5. Beyond the fact that I am interested in beauty and fashion , I am very interested in the mystical side of life.

6. I believe that you need to work on your emotional intelligence to succeeded in life and be happy.

7. Even though I’m 28 I still like to play like a child and make stupid jokes that for me, my husband and few friends are funny.

The wellness day

We can create the perfect wellness day in the comfort of our home. When I was working , my wellness day was on Saturday. That was the day when I would pay the most attention to myself. Now I just choose one of the weeks days. If you are a very busy person who barely has time for herself , this article might make you laugh with frustration. I am not saying this in the bad way, so no hard feelings! 🙂 I understand what you are going through but  even for the busiest of you I can come up with the less time wellness.

Here are my ingredients for a wellness day :

–  A glass with cold water – the first thing I drink in the morning to wake up and energize my body . It will make everything running.

– 30 minutes of Yoga – I have a CD for the beginners and it’s mainly stretching , no complicated yoga positions ; For the ones of you that have less time , do 5-10 minutes of stretching in the morning before getting ready for work, if there is absolutely no time in the morning , do it before going to bed.

– A healthy breakfast rich in proteins and healthy fats and a cup of unsweetened green tea ; ( a fried egg, an omelette, smoked salmon, avocado , goat cheese, 2 pieces of dark chocolate as I can not live without chocolate) – I bet even the busiest of you can have a cup of green tea at work or a fish sandwich , or something of the options I gave.

– A face scrub ; – the busiest of you can make it in the evening when you wash your face;

– Honey on the face as a mask – from 5-15 minutes , depending on the time you have – if you are busy you can do it at night before going to bed ;

– Massage my face with argan oil – you can use some vitamin E oil too or even olive oil; You only need few drops.

– Before shower , massage your body with olive oil , as you probably read on my other article; There will be no need to use body lotion after and your skin will feel great. If you have more time you can take a bath and relax for few moments.

– Apply few drops of your favorite perfume before going to bed ; It makes me really happy when I smell nice even if I only go to bed. Nice scents will help you have beautiful dreams.

– Instead of watching TV read two or three pages of a book or even a magazine that will make you more knowledgeable.  It has been proved that not watching TV or using computer (because of that light) at least half an hour if not one hour before falling asleep will help you sleep better and feel more rested.

I recently started to do some abs exercises too before going to bed. It doesn’t have to be many but you can increase with one at least every day.

Now, don’t tell me you can not find some time for all of the above! 🙂 It’s simple, it’s cheap , it saves you time and it makes you feel better when you give yourself some wellness time!

I skipped the lunch and dinner , but if it is the wellness day make those meals healthy too.  🙂

I was just reading an article about a girl that suffered of bulimia and it made me think about how we are dragged into thinking that skinny is how we should look. Wrong! Healthy is how we should look!

The images of the women in magazines are so perfect but most of those models are teenagers and the rest make big sacrifices to keep it up . A very small percentage of the women are naturally skinny. The rest of us, we are who we are. Some meat here and there. ;)) I think it is safe to eat healthy and to exercise, to maintain a normal weight according to your age, height and body shape. Just enough to make yourself feel good about how you look. Girls who are under 18 , don’t you even think about drastic diets!  I had a high school colleague that almost died for that reason. Moderation is everything! Keep a balance between what you eat and activity. I still miss the body I had until I turned 25 but it gets really hard to get it back so now I started to balance myself. I started to eat healthy without having in mind only loosing weight but making a habit out of it. I still eat carbs when I feel like but I try to eat it in the morning for my body to burn it by the time I go to bed. Do not think I only eat salads. I actually don’t eat salads at all! I eat fish, soups, grilled meat, beans, avocado, olives, cheese, fruits… I do eat chocolate and cookies but not big amounts. As I am not on a diet I do not feel restricted so it is lots easier for me to eat in smaller quantities. I actually eat more often . Like five times a day! Exercise made my extra weight look good because by exercising you just contour your body. Your body looks nicer with some movement. 😉 Again, by exercising I don’t mean hours in the gym but some toning exercising, running and dancing which is my favorite. Playing games outside with your children will count as exercising too you know!  I started to wear outfits that complement my figure and makes me  feel more confident about the way I look.  By doing all that (it didn’t seemed like a big sacrifice as I was relaxed about it , although relaxation came after few months of struggle. I had to train myself!) loosing weight (in a very small pace) started to happen. My ideal weight would be around 56 kg . ( 127 lb.) and I weigh like 140lb. 62.5 kg.  In 2 months I lost around 5lb./2.5 kg. , and I still loose around 200-300 grams./week . It is not a lot but it is better than nothing. 🙂 Do not stress yourself about looking skinny, take care of yourself in such way to be healthy and live a healthy life and to be confident about the way your body looks. 🙂 Start with really small efforts and the results will come! 🙂
